Sample scope depends on safe access and the equipment present at your property. Home Watch visits are visual observations, not certified home inspections or equipment maintenance.

A trip, a storm, or a contractor appointment does not always call for a monthly plan. Request a single visit and we’ll confirm availability and scope.
We do not test or adjust pool chemicals, maintain equipment, perform repairs, direct contractors, or provide a security patrol. The homeowner hires and approves any trade work.
Travel outside the initial route, complex properties and extra time may require a separate quote. No emergency response is promised.
We’re focusing first on Sunland Village East, Sunland Springs Village and nearby East Mesa neighborhoods. A tight route makes reliable scheduled visits practical.
